Being a dreamer, Ajay Rathod is working hard to paint his aspirations to make them visible and realistic. What inspires him the most to work every day is his biggest dream to start his own brand. He has a firm belief that “talent without hard work and determination is a predictable failure”.
Ajay is a self-taught artist; everyone stood against his career choice except his father and partner. Ajay’s dad is a mechanical engineer and his daily chores inspired Ajay the most in his life. His determination, punctuality towards work, spark of learning new things and mutual give and take relationship with him provokes Ajay to be persistent.

Ajay Rathod is the founder of “ARI INDIA, AJAY RATHOD ILLUSTRATIONS”. Before entering the world of brushes and colours, he was a mechanical engineer and also did masters from CIPET in Plastic Mold Design, not even to close the field of arts. He started painting at a quiet early age.
Since childhood, Ajay was captivated towards technology and art, and both the subjects are poles apart. But this is what made his dream and knowledge unique. One day he participated in a competition where he painted Lord Ganesh in 60 seconds; this twirled the whole perspective of Ajay regarding his career. He chose his career as a creative Painter. His dedication and perseverance helped him to evolve as a great artist. He built himself as an artist by accepting failures gracefully and painting them into his realistic prosperity.
Shedding some wisdom for upcoming artists:
Ajay suggests that if any artist is dreaming of earning money without putting dedicated hours and hard-work in the project and, then that person should surely need to browse Google and explore their competitors. Art is for the dedicated ones. He requests all the young artists to spend at least an hour every day in painting, sketching.
