What motivated our star fitness enthusiast in the world of fitness and bodybuilding?

Shadab was his own motivation. As a child, he suffered from obesity and wanted to get a fit and lean body. Initially becoming slim was his sole motive. He wanted to fit into every garment and wanted to look good. After class 12, this urge to become fit and lean grasped him more. He joined a gym, and that was his turning point. His coach was like family to him, and guided him in the right direction.

Slowly he had a chiselled body and began to train clients. He began to conduct online training sessions. His advice to all is to keep it simple. Being a nutritionist, he focuses on the science behind dieting. He advises not to blindly follow any dieting tips, but to hire a trainer or nutritionist who is a professional. Shadab says that with a keto diet, the body doesn’t get many important vitamins, which then should be supplemented externally. All this is possible only with the help of a professional nutritionist who knows the body.

The greatest driving force for Shadab is his family’s support. He belongs to a joint family, where everyone supported him in his ventures. His family trusted him in whatever he did or was trying to do. Shadab can join his family business, but it is his dream to achieve something in the world of fitness and bodybuilding. He wants to become a renowned fitness enthusiast. But despite the dream, he advises everyone that family should be the priority, and that your dream should come after being able to support the family. Shadab believes in high morals and ethics.

Shadab Malik idolises Sergi Constance from Spain. He is in love with the actor’s smart and beautiful body. He is also motivated by Sahil Khan from India. Shadab loves green veggies, and says, green veggies make the body attractive and toned. He never misses his workout sessions—he workouts religiously every day except for Sundays.

Shadab Malik’s take on women’s fitness is a bit different. He says that women’s bodies are differently made. They should look more flexible instead of masculine. Extra supplements and drugs can have long term side effects on women; Their face and voice can become masculine.Shadab is an Instagram influencer as a nutritionist. He has also taken part in many national and international bodybuilding competitions. In 2018, he participated in a Worldwide competition and stood 12th among 44 contestants. He might not have won, but it was an enriching experience for him. He loves to train people and wants to set up a gym in Delhi.

Shadab says that his motive was never to gain followers. If you do good work, people will start noticing you and follow you. He says that fame is a gradual process, and nothing comes easy. Shadab says that to make yourself impressive, you need to educate yourself and never provide wrong knowledge to people.
