Srishti is a talented model from an army background. She has travelled a lot and has been exposed to different cultures typical to different cities. Her schooling took place in different institutions, and she has a strong friend base. Her parents always asked her to focus on her studies as well as co-curricular activities. She participated in a lot of school functions and was the captain of the house. A very extrovert person, she is full of fun and enthusiasm.
She has done her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. In college, she was a part of the fashion group, dramatics group, and many more interesting activities. When she was a part of the fashion group, she realised how much she enjoyed ramp walk and other modelling activities. She also tried for Miss India Rubaru Pageant and won. Later she incidentally got into modelling. Purely on a whim, she tried Roadies and appeared for auditions and got into it. At the same time, she was also working as an architect with a multinational company.
She tries extremely hard to balance both her careers and while doing so, she chooses anything after weighing in the pros and cons. Presently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree from CEPT University Ahmadabad(study from home due to Covid-19)
She worked extremely hard for two years for Femina Miss India, working on various aspects of her personality, and there were a lot of things to learn, but it did not pay-off.At that time she decided to give a try to Roadies which she had been watching for quite some time and was overly impressed by it. Although she was least expecting it, she immediately got a call from Roadies after she appeared for the audition.She has a lot of fond memories of her Roadies experience. She thought that she was not prepared well for the audition, but her experience of preparing and auditioning for various other events helped her a lot. Most important of all, she is a person who is amazingly comfortable in her skin, and that gave her a lot of confidence in her abilities. Roadies was an intense experience where she got a chance to discover herself. She completed a lot of crazy tasks and pushed to the limits. She went through a lot of rounds that also included Group Discussion . She had a lot of fun when she was at the camp. She also engaged in a lot of social service activities as part of her Roadies journey.
She is a person who keeps her options open and embraces whatever comes her way wholeheartedly. She does not like keeping herself limited to just a few things. While pursuing her Master’s Course, she is also inspired by teaching and thinks of doing something in this field.
Her rejection in Miss India was her biggest struggle, but she soon overcame it.
Her advice to her followers is not to lose their faith in their abilities. “Identify your ability, keep working hard, stay motivated, and work towards achieving it. Hard work always pays off.”
