Rohan Singh is an Instagram influencer and a trained-calisthenics expert, becoming an inspiration for many youngsters.Although his mother is from U.P., and his father is from Punjab, he is by heart a Mumbaikar. Rohan Singh’s talent is not limited to calisthenics. He is a trained dancer and a graduate in mass media. Rohan Singh is also active in trekking. He loves to spend his weekends exploring new places, even on the outskirts of Mumbai.

According to Rohan, the benefits of calisthenics are many. It changes the body and the mind. It helps the mind vent out, and you can be mentally prepared for whatever comes your way. Another benefit of calisthenics is that it requires no equipment, so it can be easily practiced anywhere.

Rohan started earning from a very young age. During his college days, he earned through his passion for dancing. But his dance crew broke up, leaving him to continue on his own. Gradually he realized that he had to change his personality and lifestyle. He entered the gym but did not like the concept of weightlifting. He wanted a lean and flexible body, which eventually got him into calisthenics. His dancing skills helped him a lot in his calisthenics, as both the fields require one to perform. Rohan said that his mass media studies had helped him a lot in his career in calisthenics. They helped him create content with calisthenics. They also helped him in his work with the camera, music, and lighting. As a result, the mass media made him a more creative person.Now, who do you think has inspired our young influencers into calisthenics? It is none other than him. He subscribed to many channels on calisthenics, did his research, locked his room, and practiced the art of calisthenics to gradually improve himself. What inspires him more is the adulation he gets from the people he trains. “As a coach, it feels wonderful to see the trainees succeed in calisthenics.”Rohan Singh’s journey in calisthenics was riddled with difficulties. When he started in 2014, there was no platform for this sport in India. Then he met Rajan, a like-minded person, and shot some videos with him on calisthenics. Initially, Rohan performed in parks and public places to attract the attention of people. But soon, they found a place, and they organised their first event in 2018. Rohan’s parents were separated, and he was brought up by his mother. They stay in a large joint family. There had been issues regarding him pursuing a career in calisthenics. But with a supportive mother, he overcame these hurdles and won over his family

Rohan’s greatest achievement is the foundation of All India Strength Wars. It is held every year, where athletes unite and compete. It is a huge platform for calisthenics. Recently he is working on his new venture Cali 1o1. In the future, he would like to pursue dance as well. But calisthenics will always be his priority. He even got a call from the famous south actor Allu Arjun for training him in calisthenics. Rohan advises the young generation to find their vibes and take some quality time out for themselves. He advises doing more for the mind to become super fit.
