A Holistic View To Life, Holistic View To Fitness | Zaid Khan

Zaid Khan, a 24-year-old fitness entrepreneur, exudes wisdom and humility despite achieving ample success at this age. This Mumbai boy always wanted to be big in life, lacking only the appropriate knowledge of the path to be taken.Skinny and low on confidence, and being bullied for his shape made him turn towards means of seeking external validation. Playing Counter-Strike for hours and performing bike stunts was his daily routine. Zaid knew he wanted to turn his life around. While fitness started becoming his priority in 2016, he also remembers finding it difficult to focus on studies during his college days.

Zaid managed to clear his engineering staying with his uncle who would restrict him from focusing on his fitness goals. Waking up at wee hours, preparing meals by himself, learning fitness online, spending half his money on buying paneer – he did it all to finally have gained 10 kgs in 3 months. “Affording fitness was difficult”, Zaid recalls getting 60 rupees a day for all his expenses.

He started sharing his pictures on Instagram and his transformation made peers approach him to be guided for fitness. His first client was through WhatsApp, and thereon started his journey of training people. Zaid believes in holistic fitness, which builds a healthy economy, and has rather interesting views about it. “A fit individual means a fit country, and an overall better economy”.

Psychological, emotional and physical fitness are all the aspects of a holistically fit individual, Zaid wants to help people flourish in all these aspects. For his enterprise, Zaid Khan Fitness, he pursued a certification in Personal Training. He is Certified From ISSA (International Sports and Science Association, USA) As a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Transformation Specialist and DNA based Coaching. His team has an MA, Clinical and Forensic Psychologist along with 8 other Members.

Zaid and his team find it is excessively rewarding to be able to help people build a holistically healthy body and mind.

Insomnia, stress, migraine, temperamental issues, self-identification are some emotional and psychological issues along with Physiological issues like PCOs, IBS and Hypertension that lead to bad physical health.
Zaid and his team work on the fundamental that every disease is controllable by making lifestyle changes and being consistent with them. Helping their clients with “whatever they have in their house”, customising and personalising their plans to make “fitness and nutrition affordable” is their goal.

They now have their own app for the clients where they can make the process of transforming people’s lives flow in a much smoother way. With a base of over 1700+ clients across 18 countries, Zaid still believes he has a long way to go. He places prime importance to education and knowledge, having done his MBA in Real Estate and still pursuing certifications like Transformation Specialist and Genetic Based Transformation to further his knowledge.

This successful entrepreneur, an inspiration to many, wants his fellow generation to understand the value of self-awareness and self-realisation. Understand what’s troubling them and do not seek external validation through harmful means. “Keep learning”, he says, “and don’t put a cap on yourself and expect things from the unknown”. With the hunger to grow and learn more Zaid signs off with one song that keeps him going, “Apna Time Aaega”. Till then “Keep going and keep growing!”
