Ashok Swears by the Legendary Swami Vivekanand’s Teachings!
Ashok’s key to positivity is spirituality. He has been a dreamer since childhood and regarded Swami Vivekanand as his inspiration. He not only studied Vivekanand’s teachings but also applied them to his life.One of Vivekanand’s teachings that Ashok turned into his life mantra is ‘doing the right thing’. He could have got into politics due to his family connections but realized that the field of politics is not apt for the ‘doing good’ factor. In his acting roles, the biggest hindrance was his restriction to never take up an unethical role like rape scenes, promotion of cigarettes, and alcohol due to his Vivekanand beliefs.
He listens to bhajans of Ram Shyam Gungan composed by his guru “Padama Bhushan Shriniwas Khale”. for a spiritual soothing feel and is a complete family man. The impact of his spiritual belief was so strong that even during depressing phases of life when his wife had health issues resulting in her suicidal thoughts, Ashok remained positive and had the wisdom to deal with this situation calmly.
Sharing his Acting Expertise!
All the harsh incidents in Ashok’s life couldn’t break him down due to his spiritual positivity. Ashok was experiencing a boom period of film roles and all of a sudden in 2013 he was hit by tragic news! 9 of his family members including his parents and elder sister died in the Kedarnath flood disaster leaving Ashok in pieces. His business was shut after this tragedy.
He spent 6 months in Jaipur and on returning had a lot of difficulties to find work but remained positive by resonating himself to Amitabh Bachan’s struggle of having a comeback even after a long break.
That’s when director and friend Roop Dutta Naik called him and offered an opportunity to teach a debut actress the Hindi language. Ashok grabbed this opportunity and was well appreciated for it receiving a call from Roop to train her in acting as well. This was followed by various similar projects of training newcomers.
Ashok realized that this could be his new career path and launched his professional training program called ‘Super Power Actor Transformational Training Program’. He did seminars all across India beginning from Radisson Blu in Delhi. This program is a 7-day intense training program to coach aspiring actors. Recently he has acquired world`s best Mind Power training programme. He has launched it and the first batch is out now. Ashok has coached several actors to perfection including Gujrati actor Mr Het Dave who bagged the ‘best actor’ award and has also trained the lead actor of the new upcoming movie ‘Rose Garden’.
