Happiness is the New Wealth— Tarang Chandola

Tarang Chandola can be defined as a ray of happiness, versatility, and enthusiasm. He is an inspiration not only for those who want to pursue a career in the athletic field or as a social media influencer or an entrepreneur but for everyone in general. He is such an amazingly versatile young man and we can’t find many people like him.A mentor, serial entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, and social impact strategist, Tarang Chandola (brownboyaesthetics) is followed by more than 72K people on Instagram. He aims to live and influence people to live a better and happy life. He says, “you automatically become dedicated, disciplined, and hard-working if you do what you love”. Also, he advises that there is no need or space for expectations in your working space if you are honest with your team, and there is an excellent understanding throughout the team. He is currently in collaboration with Myprotein and is open to collaboration with genuine brands that can add value to people’s lives.

Tarang was enthusiastic and relentless since his childhood. He loved indulging in different kinds of sports and was an athlete from when he was very young.. Tarang decided to work further on bodybuilding and joined a gym to start proper training when he was 19. At 20, he was hooked to both bodybuilding and powerlifting. He always says he enjoys the journey a lot more than achievements.

Tarang has competed in various bodybuilding competitions across the globe. He was one of the top performers of Mr India 2016. Also, he believes that unless you are not exposed to different things, you will not know if you like doing it or not. Maybe that’s the reason why he keeps exploring different career paths and advises people to do the same. He enjoyed his journey of being a bodybuilder and is currently working as a consultant to companies multiple businesses in various industries.His life seems quite flawless and exciting, but setbacks don’t leave anyone. He has faced multiple weird injuries and experiences that could have made him give up. Being the fighter that he is, he believes in adapting to the situations and working to his best potential. “Injuries and setbacks give you time to think about why you had that setback and how you can improve,” he says.

Tarang often works with different NGOs and indulges in weekly programs based on his initiative for the betterment of life. He firmly believes that luxury is only a parameter of success in society’s eyes and one can only be successful if they are happy in life and with their work.

Tarang wants people to move ahead in the direction of a happy life instead of competing with others. “COVID-19 has taught us that we are mortals and anything can happen in the future, so it’s crucial that we stop dwelling in the past, work for a happy tomorrow and also make sure that we are happy today,” he says.

He also advises people to start working towards the ventures, startups, businesses, and jobs that make them happy. “One should not blindly follow the path of someone successful; if you are stressed out, upregulated, aggressive, you are not calm and composed, you don’t smile while you are working, then you should know that you are on the wrong path.”

Tarang wishes everyone to have their mental state in control and take little steps towards a happy environment around themselves and within themselves.
