With amassing a huge following of 257K followers on instagram, Sreeya is nailing it in her field. She tries to motivate people everyday and pushes them to be fit and fine. Her favourite workout routine is Cross fit Training and weight lifting. To her, leg day is the most exciting part of the week. She religiously maintains a good diet of 6-7 meals a day at intervals of 2½ to 3 hours. She consumes more of proteins, carbohydrates and good fat to keep her body healthy. According to her carbs are not that harmful as people are portraying. Right amount of consumption can do wonders for their fitness regime and health. Even fruits and nuts are equally beneficial.
One of the few things she insists on eating is oats and brown rice. But eventually it depends on your workout routine.
An important remark here is that you should consume your last meal before 7:30 pm for good functioning of your body and metabolism. And with this 8 hours of sleep is nessecary to rest your body. Sreeya’s workaholic attitude makes her hate Sundays. She feels less productive on those days and it’s a NO NO situation for her.
Our influencer also faced a few nudges initially. In the Southern culture people don’t really accept the fitness section. They prefer girls to be all chubby. Her parents also weren’t in favour of her to continue the training. It was really hard to convince them but she didn’t give up and eventually they had to give in. But now that she has grown so much, people have started to trust her. She also trained her parents according to their age and diet pattern. Because at the end for any parent, their child’s happiness means everythingOne of the milestone she aspires to touch is to train housewives. She want to break the notion and make people understand that you can workout any time, in any attire and anywhere. She has been able to train a few but the journey is long. She never misses anyone’s text on her social media handles. She does everything in her power to help. She organises free workshop for women to get them on track. And teaches them to workout even at home with equipments like water bottle, jars, pillows and floor.
Sreeya’s road to success was no bed of roses. She faced a lot of difficulties to achieve her goal. One of the biggest hurdle was diet, since she was a pure vegetarian shifting to other alternatives was tough. People deemed her by commenting on her looks like she is manly and has a guy’s physique and all stereotypical remarks.
But for her, her fitness regime was a breakthrough to kick her depression. She is grateful that she emerged victorious.
As this energetic lady quotes, ” Listen to people, smile at them but focus on your path.” She is her own motivation. She wants to be better tomorrow
than she is today.Asking about her future she very proudly and excitingly announces that she wants to pitch her own commerical gym. And to let people know about cross fit Training. And she emphasis on the fact that she wants to uplift women in particular and do something exclusively for them. She wants the people of her country to thrive and grow with her.

A little token of her intimate experience is that she never listens to music. All the 7 years she has endured in herself she just listens to same two tracks since day one.
