Looking at your past almost always gives you regrets, but looking ahead will bring a lot of opportunities. This is the kind of attitude that turned Siddhant into a creative storyteller who captures the most spectacular moments of life with his amazing photography. Born and raised in Indore, he was always a good student, taking part in various activities and scoring well in almost every subject. Even though he completed his education in civil engineering, he now actively works as a travel and daily life photographer, portraying the fascinating realities of life.

Curiosity Curates Creativity

Siddhant grew up watching his sister engage with photography with a DSLR camera during her college life. Being five years younger than her, back then, he couldn’t understand why she was so passionate about capturing little details. His sister finished college and went on to work with a technology firm, and that’s when he got custody of her camera.

Curious about photography, he took charge of it and began to click pictures of the little things that fascinated him or grabbed his attention. Siddhant was a good learner throughout his academic life, and this curiosity to learn continued even after he completed his degree in civil engineering. The thirst to explore became his source of creativity that he endeavours to curate in every picture he clicks.

Beginning as a One-Man Army

Even though Siddhant is widely known for his compelling travel photography, he has achieved great success in various sections of photography. Instead of limiting his potential to capturing exquisite travel moments, he decided to transform the art of photography into a unique way of telling daily life stories. The beginning of his artistic journey, however, came with a challenge that he accepted gracefully.

When he was in his second year of college, he had planned a trip to Himachal Pradesh with six friends. Curiously, all of them backed out at the last moment, and he decided to make it a solo trip. Being on his own on the entire trip made him pay attention to the exciting elements of nature that surround a traveller and mysteriously steal one’s attention. He had an impeccable travelling experience, and he wanted to share that enthralling feeling with the rest of the world.

Taking Constructive Criticism in the Best Possible Way

There is a strong and inevitable interrelation between art and criticism. An artist needs to utilise every piece of criticism that comes his/her way. As an artist and travel photographer, Siddhant has a few friends and colleagues who never feel shy to provide their honest opinions on each of his photography collections. He then uses their insights to improvise and improve his work and focus on what exactly needs to be highlighted in an expressive image. He has thus found a way to apply constructive criticism in his creations, and this has given rise to an immensely passionate and dedicated photographer.

Perks of Being Positive and Futuristic at the Same Time

Siddhant made a pact with himself to be positive about every situation of his life and never look back no matter what. Regret is like a lemon, which is useful until you extract all the experience out of it. Then, all you have left is a positive attitude and a futuristic approach towards your occupation.

He sees a great deal of inspiration in Sunny Gala and appreciates his style of photography. Besides, he never misses a chance to grab a good look at some of his legendary picture collections. That’s Siddhant for you—the constant learner!
